Francisco has been a resident of the Bay Area since 1984, after migrating from the Philippines.   He has been assisting first-time home buyers, immigrants and long-time Bay Area residents in Buying and Selling their homes.  Real estate investors have also sought Francisco's guidance because of his expertise in 1031 Exchanges, mortgage restructuring, and fixer-upper opportunities.

A Realtor since 1990, Francisco works part-time for American Airlines - and takes full advantage of his travel benefits to visit plenty of new places, here and abroad.  His latest travels have taken him to Costa Rica, Spain, Jamaica, to name a few.  He also prefers attending real estate seminars in various states in order to network with agents around the country and observe a variety of real estate markets.

Francisco has been a season ticket holder of both the San Francisco Giants and the 49ers.   A big sports fan, Francisco was ecstatic as he personally witnessed Game 5 in Texas when his beloved Giants won the World Series in 2010.
